Robinsburg, LLC ("Robinsburg," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what choices you have about your information.

This policy applies to:

  • Visitors to robinsburg.com.

  • People who use our free tools, like the Marketing Leak Audit.

  • Active clients receiving our services or using the R App (our white-labeled CRM platform).

  • Anyone who otherwise interacts with us by email, phone, or otherwise.

If you don't agree with this policy, please don't use our website, tools, or services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in three main ways:

1.1 Information You Give Us Directly

When you fill out a form, take an audit, sign up for our services, or contact us, you may give us:

  • Contact information (name, email, phone number, company name, business address)

  • Business information (industry, business type, business size, marketing setup)

  • Audit responses (your answers to questions about your customer journey, marketing setup, etc.)

  • Account credentials (if you use the R App)

  • Payment information (processed through Stripe; we don't store full card numbers on our servers)

  • Communications you send to us (emails, support requests, feedback)

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

When you visit our website or use the R App, we automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location

  • Browser type and version, operating system, and device information

  • Pages viewed, time spent on each page, and how you got to our site (referring URL)

  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)

  • Diagnostic information if the R App encounters an error

1.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third-party sources, including:

  • Ad platforms like Meta and Google, where we run campaigns

  • Analytics providers like Google Analytics

  • Payment processors like Stripe

  • Tools integrated into the R App (email senders, SMS providers, etc.)

  • Referral partners or co-promotional partners

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide our services, including running ads on your behalf, building and managing your CRM, producing content, and delivering audit reports.

  • Process payments and manage billing.

  • Communicate with you about your account, your services, and important updates.

  • Send you marketing communications (only if you've opted in, and you can opt out at any time).

  • Personalize your experience on our website and in our communications.

  • Improve our website, services, and tools based on how people use them.

  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

3. How We Share Your Information

We share information only as described here.

3.1 With Service Providers

We share information with third parties who help us run our business, including:

  • GoHighLevel, the platform that powers the R App.

  • Stripe, our payment processor.

  • Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and similar tools for understanding how people use our site.

  • Email and SMS providers that send communications on your behalf.

  • White-label SEO and ad partners who execute parts of our services.

  • Cloud hosting and storage providers that store our data.

These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide the specific service we've contracted them for.

3.2 With Your Direction

If your services include posting to your social media, advertising on your behalf, or sending communications to your customers, we share relevant information with those platforms or recipients as part of executing your services.

3.3 For Legal Reasons

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that doing so is legally required (such as in response to a subpoena, court order, or government investigation), or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Robinsburg, our clients, or others.

3.4 In Business Transactions

If we are acquired or merge with another business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you if this happens and any new owner will continue to be bound by this policy until you're given a chance to opt out.

3.5 Aggregated or Anonymized Information

We may share aggregated or anonymized information (information that doesn't identify you personally) for any purpose. For example, we might share statistics like "businesses who took our audit averaged a Seal Score of 58%."

4. Marketing Communications

If you give us your email or phone number, we may use it to send you marketing communications about our services, free tools, content, or updates. We'll only send these if you've opted in or have an active business relationship with us.

You can opt out at any time by:

  • Clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email.

  • Replying STOP to any marketing text message.

  • Emailing bryce@robinsburg.com.

Opting out of marketing won't stop transactional messages related to your account or services (like invoices, project updates, or important service notifications).

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies (like pixels and tags) to:

  • Keep you logged in

  • Remember your preferences

  • Understand how you use our website (analytics)

  • Show you relevant ads on other websites (retargeting)

You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can also opt out of:

Some parts of our website may not work properly if you disable cookies.

6. Data Retention

We keep your information only as long as we need to for the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

  • Active client data: Retained for the life of your engagement plus 7 years after termination (for tax and legal purposes).

  • Audit submissions and free tool data: Retained for up to 24 months, then deleted unless you become a client.

  • Marketing leads and contacts: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, plus 30 days for our backup retention.

  • Account and billing records: Retained for at least 7 years for legal and tax compliance.

  • Analytics data: Aggregated and retained indefinitely; individual-level analytics retained for up to 26 months (Google Analytics default).

  • Backups: Retained for up to 90 days.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 7 below).

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. We honor the following rights for everyone, regardless of location:

  • Right to access. Ask us what personal information we have about you.

  • Right to correction. Ask us to update or correct information.

  • Right to deletion. Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).

  • Right to opt out of marketing. Stop receiving marketing communications.

To exercise any of these rights, email bryce@robinsburg.com. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

8. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act, including:

  • Right to know what personal information we collect, use, and share.

  • Right to delete your personal information.

  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information (we don't sell or share for cross-context advertising, but you can still submit this request).

  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.

  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email bryce@robinsburg.com with "California Privacy Request" in the subject line. We'll respond within 45 days.

We have not sold or shared (as those terms are defined under California law) personal information in the past 12 months and do not intend to.

9. EU, UK, and EEA Residents (GDPR)

If you are in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including:

  • Right of access to your personal data.

  • Right to rectification of inaccurate data.

  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").

  • Right to restriction of processing.

  • Right to data portability in a machine-readable format.

  • Right to object to processing.

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent).

  • Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Our legal bases for processing your data include:

  • Contract: To provide the services you've signed up for.

  • Legitimate interests: To improve our services, run our business, and prevent fraud.

  • Consent: Where required (such as for marketing communications).

  • Legal obligation: To comply with laws and regulations.

To exercise any of these rights, email bryce@robinsburg.com. We may transfer your data to the United States, where we're based; when we do, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).

10. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our services are not directed to children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we've collected information from a child under 18, contact us immediately at bryce@robinsburg.com and we'll delete it.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure password handling, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No security measure is perfect. We can't guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or our systems have been compromised, contact us at bryce@robinsburg.com immediately.

12. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. We use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website and the R App may link to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

14. Florida Residents

Florida law gives Florida residents certain rights regarding their personal information. Florida residents have the same access, correction, deletion, and opt-out rights described in Section 7 above. To exercise any of these rights, email bryce@robinsburg.com.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify active clients by email and post the updated version here with a new "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
